Fees

TENANT FEES:
We do not charge any fees to tenants.

LANDLORD FEES:

LET ONLY: 10% plus VAT of the first year’s rental

Let only service includes marketing the property, carrying out accompanied viewings, arranging for the inventory to be carried out, carrying out the relevant checks on the potential tenant including referencing and finalising the tenancy agreement.

DEPOSIT PROTECTION FEE £75 plus VAT- £90

As an additional service we can protect the deposit of landlords for peace of mind.

LETTING AND RENT COLLECTION 12% plus VAT For letting and monthly rent collection

As an additional service we can also offer a monthly rental collection service at 2% plus VAT of each month’s rental

LETTING AND FULL MANAGEMENT 15% plus VAT

Full management includes all of the above, as well as getting quotes for repairs and arranging for repairs within the property and hold the keys throughout the tenancy term.

CHECK OUT FEE: £75 plus VAT- £90

The check-out fee will include the un-protecting of the deposit where applicable and arrangements to return to the landlord.

CHANGE OF TENANT FEE: free of charge

Property licence fee £99 plus VAT for all administration work involved in arranging their required licence.

There are no other fees payable.
